2. Rental Application and Approval: Prospective tenants are required to complete a rental application, providing necessary personal and financial information. Acceptance of the application is subject to landlord approval.

3. Rental Period: Long-term rentals typically have a minimum lease duration of twelve months, as specified in the lease agreement.

4. Rent and Security Deposit: Rent payments and the security deposit amount will be specified in the lease agreement. The security deposit will be held to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear during the tenancy.

5. Payment Schedule: Rent payments are typically due on a monthly basis, with the payment schedule detailed in the lease agreement.

6. Utilities and Services: The responsibility for utility payments and services (e.g., water, electricity, internet) will be outlined in the lease agreement.

7. Property Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the rental property in good condition throughout the lease term.

8. Subletting and Occupancy: Subletting the property or allowing others to occupy the premises without prior written consent from “Rentals in Vallarta” and the landlord is strictly prohibited.

9. Pet Policy: The pet policy, if applicable, will be detailed in the lease agreement.

10. Insurance: Tenants are encouraged to obtain renter’s insurance to protect their personal belongings and provide liability coverage during the lease term.

11. Repairs and Maintenance Requests: Tenants must promptly report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to “Rentals in Vallarta” for resolution.

12. Termination and Renewal: At the end of the lease term, tenants may have the option to renew the lease based on landlord approval and current availability.

13. Property Access: Landlords or their representatives may enter the rental property with reasonable notice for inspection or maintenance purposes.

14. Legal Compliance: Tenants must comply with all local laws and regulations during the tenancy.

15. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.

16. Modifications: “Rentals in Vallarta” reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.
