12. Termination and Renewal: At the end of the lease term, tenants may have the option to renew the lease based on landlord approval and current availability.
13. Property Access: Landlords or their representatives may enter the rental property with reasonable notice for inspection or maintenance purposes.
14. Legal Compliance: Tenants must comply with all local laws and regulations during the tenancy.
15. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
